Ultra-quiet drilling rig
The ultra-quiet drilling rig is a cluster well drilling rig specially developed for oil extraction in nature reserves. Its R&D focuses on technologies such as green environmental protection, energy conservation and environmental protection, emission reduction and consumption reduction, and automation and intelligence. It takes the lead in adopting ultra-quiet technology, with noise at the wellsite boundary not exceeding 55 decibels. It is the first fully silent drilling rig in China and one of the quietest models among similar international products.
Desert fast-moving drilling rig
The desert fast-moving drilling rig is a wheeled trailer-mounted rapid-transport drilling rig specially designed for high-temperature desert areas. Covering the full range of 750HP to 3000HP drilling rigs, it adopts key technologies such as heavy-duty wheeled trailer transportation technology, derrick folding transportation technology, drilling fluid zero-discharge technology, intelligent control technology and modular design,fully realizing efficient operations of quick disassembly, rapid movement and fast installation of the drilling rig.
The power, transmission, control, and hoisting systems of the truck-mounted drilling rig's main unit, as well as the crown block and derrick, are centrally installed on a dedicated trailer, enabling easy installation and rapid transportation. It adopts a telescopic mast derrick and a foldable substructure. Equipped with one or two power units, it can achieve single-unit or parallel operation of the power units through a multi-speed gearbox and a gear transmission case.
